We are looking for a Delivery Manager to support our teams on multiple projects. You role is to advise our clients in terms of technology, timelines, planning and budgets. At the same time you will work closely with our Project Managers, as well as the engineers themselves, to ensure that we consistently deliver and continuously improve.

Responsibilities
Internal
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Ensure that technology is applied in the most efficient way.
- Oversee the daily activities and provide direction and guidance as needed.
- Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Evaluate the performance of other members and determine training needs.
- Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
- Manage scope and budgets for delivery projects.
Customer-related
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- Analyze customer orders, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
- Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates.
- Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Desired Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business or similar field
- 3+ years of experience in IT services client delivery role
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 5+ years of experience as a project/product/development lead in an outsourcing/outstaffing environment
- Experience of working with financial services clients
- Strong understanding of different technologies
- Proactive, self-motivated, hands-on and an organised approach to work
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
